The 25th International Specialized Exhibition “Public Health of Belarus” was grandly opened in the Football Arena on March 27, as the correspondent of the agency “Minsk-News” reports.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Belarus Valery Malashko, deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, diplomats.

“More than 200 leading Belarusian and foreign manufacturers of medical equipment, medical devices, medicines take part in this largest international medical forum”, noted Valery Malashko.

“A lot of developments are presented here, and for the first time — Belarusian 3D computer tomography and simulation equipment of inland producers. One of the main events will be the international conference on e-health, which will be attended by representatives of the World Health Organization, international experts, including the World Bank, in addition to Belarusian specialists.”

The Belarusian computer tomographic scanner 3D UE “Adani” is still only a prototype, which is now being registered with the Ministry of Health. In future — technical and clinical tests, and only then the equipment can be delivered to the clinics of Belarus.

“What except the price advantages of the inland computer tomographic scanner in comparison with foreign analogs?”, we asked representatives of the UE “Adani". “I cannot say anything particular about the advantages, but our scanner is not inferior in quality to foreign ones”, said Director of the Department of Medical X-ray equipment of UE "Adani" Vital Mishchanka.

“The Belarusian computer tomographic scanner has high image quality and scanning speed. With layer-by-layer scanning of the organ, the equipment is able to give from 16 to 54 slices. We offer the following programs: "Perfusion of the brain", "Endoscopy", "Angiography", "Lung analysis".

The stand of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus is also very interesting. There is a mini-clinic with an operating room, a reanimation, a patient room, which in general helps visitors far from medicine to imagine what conditions are created in the domestic hospitals.

The exhibition demonstrates the latest developments of the domestic pharmaceutical industry, including for the treatment of cardiovascular, oncological, gynecological diseases.

In addition, at the forum, it will be possible to get acquainted with the developments of Belarusian specialists in the field of information technologies.

Within the framework of the exhibition, more than 30 conferences and seminars are planned.

The 25th International specialized exhibition "Healthcare of Belarus" is the country's main exhibition in the field of medicine and public health. For more than 20 years, it has attracted a considerable number of participants from Belarus and abroad, who view this event as a key to demonstrating new achievements and developments, meeting with partners and potential clients, and communicating with doctors and administrations of medical institutions.

The topic includes the demonstration of a wide range of products – from the development of the pharmaceutical industry to the items of care and hygiene. The exhibition is an important part of the process of improving the national healthcare system, which allows familiarizing practical specialists with the achievements of the medical domestic and foreign industry, new methods of diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
