Electronic Inquiries of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (further - citizens)and legal entities are dealt in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 18 July 2011 "On citizens' and legal persons' inquires."

Electronic Inquiries of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (further - citizens) and legal persons directed by placement in a special category "electronic address" on the official website of the Health Committee of Minsk City Executive Committee.

In accordance with the law of the Republic of Belarus of 18 July 2011 "On citizens and legal entities" electronic treatment set out in the Belarusian or Russian languages.

Electronic Inquiries should be considered within 15 days from the day following the date of registration of treatment and require additional study and testing - no later than 1 month.

Answers to Electronic Inquiries are sent electronically to the email address specified in the e-applications, or in writing at the address of the place of residence (place of stay) a citizen or location of the legal person in the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Belarus of 18 July 2011 "On treatment of citizens and legal persons”.

  • are not made in Belarusian or Russian languages;
  • not include last name, first name, patronymic, address of residence (stay) a citizen;
  • not contain the full name of the legal entity and the address of its location, last name, name, patronymic of the head or a person duly authorized to sign Applications (for legal entities);
  • contain the text is impossible to read;
  • contain Obscene or offensive words or expressions;
  • consideration of the subject in accordance with the Law constitutional proceedings, civil, civil procedure, economic procedure, penal procedure legislation legislation determining the order of the administrative process, legislation concerning the administrative procedures or in accordance with the laws another procedure supply and examination of such treatment;
  • ask questions that do not relate to the competence of the recipient;

The applicant has the right to withdraw the electronic inquiry by submitting a written statement or a declaration in electronic form.
