- organization of work on registration of persons exposed to radiation due to the catastrophe at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, other radiation accidents in Minsk;
- bringing instructive and methodological documents for healthcare institutions on the functioning of the State Register in Minsk and the formation of a database of persons exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster and other radiation accidents;
- implementation of visits to health care institutions in order to provide advisory and methodological assistance, monitor the implementation of regulatory legal acts and instructive documents on maintaining the State Register, check the quality of information in databases;
- preparation of proposals for improving the operation and modernization of the Gosregister software;
- preparation of reports, statistical materials on the basis of data from the database, their timely provision;
- quality analysis and verification of information contained in the Gosregister database;
- Obtaining and verifying information on cancer incidence according to the Cancer Registry, on the established relationship of diseases with the Chernobyl disaster according to interdepartmental expert councils.
