- organizes the work of the medical information and analytical center of the health committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, bears personal responsibility to the chairman of the Committee for the results and indicators of its activities
- organizes and ensures the work of the board of the Committee, other boards and advisory bodies on behalf of the chairman of the Committee, in the prescribed manner is a permanent member of the board, attestation and other commissions of the Committee
- analyzes the execution of the decisions of the boards, the fulfillment of the requirements of the governing documents, the instructions of the chairman, planned targets, indicators of the volume and effectiveness of the activities of subordinate organizations
- participates in the operational meetings of the Committee, ensures the keeping of the minutes of the instructions of the chairman and controls its execution
- monitors compliance with the law in subordinate organizations on issues within the competence of the medical information and analytical center of the health committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee
- makes proposals to the chairman of the Committee on improving the provision of medical care to the population of Minsk
- develops, within the competence, long-term plans for the work of the Committee and collegiums, methodological recommendations, compiles reviews, information, analytical and reference materials on medical support
- participates in terms of competence in the organization of seminars, meetings and conferences on various sections of the provision of medical care to the population of Minsk
