- formation, together with other interested structural units of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, the main freelance specialists of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, a plan for the purchase of medical devices at the expense of the local budget allocated to the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee in the prescribed manner, on the basis of the adopted State programs, resolutions of collegiums and medical control advice, applications from health care institutions, etc.
- coordination of work on the development of technical specifications of medical devices purchased within the framework of the procurement plan of the Healthcare Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, control of the timing of development, execution of technical specifications in accordance with the current legislation, their subsequent support to the commission of the Healthcare Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee on the procurement of medical devices for further work
- execution and submission of purchase requests to the organizers within the framework of the implementation of the procurement plan for medical devices of the Healthcare Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, interaction with the organizers at all stages of the procedures, coordination of work in case of requests for clarification of technical parameters, the need for expert assessment, etc.
- collection of information on medical devices purchased by healthcare organizations subordinate to the health committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee at the expense of the republican and local budgets
- coordination and control over the implementation of contracts for the purchase of medical devices (review of contracts, control of compliance with specifications, terms and volumes of delivery) according to the procurement procedures conducted by UE "Belmedtekhnika"
- participation in the preparation, together with other structural divisions of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee, of a report on the implementation of the adopted State programs in terms of the purchase of medical devices according to the plans of the Health Committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee
