- development of current, long-term and long-term plans and programs for the construction, repair, modernization and reconstruction of healthcare institutions and educational institutions subordinate to the health committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee
- formation, on the basis of proposals from customer organizations, as well as based on the amount of funding provided for in the budget of the city of Minsk for the needs of capital and current repairs, the list of facilities subject to major repairs and modernization (hereinafter referred to as the list), by institutions, including for UKS of district administrations, drawing up plans for current repairs in institutions, compiling a quarterly breakdown of planned appropriations
- making proposals to the construction and investment committee of the Minsk City Executive Committee on the inclusion of healthcare facilities in the list of facilities to be built at the expense of the budget of the city of Minsk
- analysis of the work of customer organizations and institutions for the construction and repair of healthcare facilities
- implementation, in accordance with the competence, of control over the reliability of the facts presented on the condition of buildings and premises of subordinate institutions submitted in an application for a particular type of repair, including on-site visits
- development and submission of proposals to the management of the committee aimed at saving and rational spending of funds at construction, reconstruction, repair and modernization of healthcare facilities
- control over the timing of work in the implementation of measures for construction, repair, modernization and reconstruction at the stage of obtaining all permits for design and survey and construction and installation work, in the process of performing these works, at the stage of putting objects into operation
- bringing to the organizations subordinate to the committee the current regulatory documentation in the field of construction, changes to it
- coordination of the work of customer organizations for healthcare facilities (UKS of district administrations, Directorate of an enterprise under construction of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, UKS of the Minsk City Executive Committee, etc.)
